Shipping Policy

At Stencill Pro, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping policy for both domestic and international orders.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Delivery Charges: Rs. 220 flat rate.
  • Free Delivery: Orders above Rs. 3000 enjoy free shipping.
  • Order Dispatch:
    • Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped within 2 working days.
    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched within 3 working days.
    • Orders received on Sundays or national holidays are processed within 3 working days.
  • Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 working days (excluding Sundays). Delivery times may extend during busy shopping periods or mega sales events.
  • COVID-19 Delays: Shipping may be delayed due to government restrictions or safety measures.

Advance Payment Requirements (Domestic)

We require advance payment in the following cases:

  • Orders exceeding Rs. 3000.
  • Stencils larger than 24 inches.
  • Orders of 15 or more stencils.

Customers will be contacted upon order confirmation for payment details via Mobicash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer.

International Shipping

  • Processing Time: 3–7 working days.
  • Delivery Time: 15–25 working days, depending on the import policies of the destination country.
  • Customs & Taxes: While we ship international parcels as gifts, we are not responsible for customs duties or taxes imposed by the receiving country.
  • Advance Payment: Required for all international orders, including delivery charges.
  • Delivery Charges: Confirmed via live chat, email, or phone during order confirmation.
