This online store is operated by Stencil Arts .
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Misleading or false information may result in order cancellation or other actions as deemed necessary.


2. Products and Services

  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
  • We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
  • In the event of a discrepancy (e.g., incorrect pricing or description), we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders accordingly.

3. Payment Terms

We offer a variety of secure payment methods for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards : Visa, MasterCard
  • Digital Wallets : SadaPay, NayaPay
  • Mobile Payment Services : JazzCash, Easypaisa
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) : Available for all orders across Pakistan

Please note that COD payments must be settled at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the return of the order at your expense.


4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Nationwide Delivery : We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.
  • Shipping Timeline : Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Costs : Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable or refuses delivery, additional charges may apply.


5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.


Eligibility for Returns:

  • Only products sized 12 inches or less are eligible for returns.
  • Custom stencils, larger products, or used items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
  • Custom stencils are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged due to our error.

For defective or damaged products, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.


6. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Stencil Arts . Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of such materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Stencil Arts is not liable for any damages arising from the improper use of our products.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
